So I really don't pay anything upfront?
Yes. We build your website first, you review it, and we make revisions until you're happy with it. You only start paying once you approve the site and we launch it. If you decide it's not the right fit before launch, you don't owe anything.
What if I already have a domain or a website?
No problem. We can move your domain over, connect it to the new site, and redirect your old website if needed. If you already have good content, photos, or branding, we'll use them. If not, we'll create what's needed based on our onboarding call.
What counts as an "unlimited revision"?
Anything on your website — updating hours, changing text, swapping photos, adding a service, adjusting layouts, or creating new pages as needed. Just text or email us and we'll handle it, usually within one business day. No change fees.
Can I cancel? What happens to my site?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. If you want to cancel, just give us 30 days' notice. If service ends, the hosted site will come offline. You always keep your domain, and if you want to take the site with you, we can discuss a one-time handoff option.
